Stayed there in a tent in August 2018. 20$/night. Nice tent spots along the creek in a shady and quiet area. Vault toilets and paying showers. 15-minute walk from village center grocery shop and lake beach.
A quiet campground in Slocan. It may not have a camp store, or a playground, but it is quiet. A nice creek runs along one side with small waterfalls. Partial and full sites available and tenting is in the lower area. As an FYI, if you back into the site, power and water will be on the right side of the trailer. You may need extensions if you don't have a long hose or electrical cable.
For those people who would like to camp in a forested site with a creek and lots of trails to hike this is your place to go. The campsite attendants are second to none they will go out of there way to answer questions about the area or other needs. Slocan City Council should be proud to have these staff people representing the village.
Amazing little spot. Highly recommended. Loved the sound of the waterfall. Walk everywhere in Slocan.
The new management in 2018 is amazing. It was my first time there and the experience my family had was breathtaking. The waterfall and trail network are wonderful! Sites offer great privacy. Ill dream about coming back everyday! Thank you sandy and sandy!
